Cancellation and Refunds: If you wish to cancel your hosting plan after the initial 30 days, you may do so at any time. However, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining duration of your subscription. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of cancellation.
Domain Registrations: Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the registration process is complete. If you cancel your hosting plan, you may choose to transfer your domain to another provider or keep it active with Jamii Host until its expiration date.
SSL Certificates and Additional Services: Fees for SSL certificates and any additional services purchased separately from the hosting plan are non-refundable.
